Program Summary

Awarded by the Air Force Installation Contracting Center, our contract spans a five-year base period with three one-year options, reflecting our commitment to excellence and operational support.
Job Summary
The USAF Cook prepares and produces meals in a United States Air Force Dining Facility (DFAC), ensuring high standards of quality, taste, and presentation. This role provides guidance and training during meal preparation and service. The Cook monitors food safety, sanitation, and portion control to maintain compliance with Air Force regulations. They assist with menu planning, inventory management, and coordinating kitchen operations to meet operational requirements. Additionally, the Cook ensures efficient workflow, resolves kitchen issues, and supports a professional, team-oriented dining environment.
